Daniel Monzón Jerez is a spanish director and writer and he was born in 1968 in Palma (Balearic Islands).

He is known for his films Heart of the Warrior (1999), The Kovak Box (2006), Cell 211 (2009), El Niño (2014), Yucatán (2018) and Las leyes de la frontera (2021).
